We are Charlotte Pop-Up Yoga! Our goal is to make yoga and mindfulness practice accessible and enjoyable for all in the Greater Charlotte Area. Our certified yoga instructors bring yoga and meditation to you through pop-up sessions at your favorite spots around town, corporate events, bachelorette/bridal classes, private sessions and more!
